I have been a Personal Trainer for over 14 years now, 8 years based in Edinburgh and now 6 years in Stornoway on the Isle of Lewis, where I started off in life.  I am a CMA certified Nutrition Coach and provide Nutrition Coaching both face to face and online via Zoom.   

 

If you are looking for a ‘Diet’ to get you into that ‘Little Black Dress’ or that ‘Beach Body Bikini’ – I am not for you.  I’m SO tired of seeing people dropping dress sizes on the latest fad diet and then piling it all back on again!  

I want to redefine success.  Success is not losing a stone, two or even three – success is changing your relationship with what you eat and drink and feeling good about it. It’s about feeling good about yourself.  Success is about wanting to learn about your body and how best to make it work. No more ‘being good’ or ‘being ‘bad,’; no more guilt; and certainly, no more ‘diet’ food or being obsessed with calorie counting - basically no more BS!! Success is, of course, achieving your goal, but more importantly, it’s managing the way forward from that goal…and if you choose to work with me, that’s what I’m going to inspire you to do.

 

It’s OK to fail, you just need to accept that there will be a certain inevitability in that, as that’s how we are all wired.  What is key, is you learn how to fail forward!  

 

I am very passionate about how food & drink, and the behaviour around these wonders, affects different people both physically and mentally. We need to get personal; we need to get to the root cause; we need to strip it right back.  Some of it may be uncomfortable; a lot of it will be challenging, but if you really want to make a difference for the long term and feel you can’t do it on your own, you need a coach you believe in and one who believes in you.  A coach that listens and doesn’t judge; a coach that’ll tell you as it is; a qualified coach that is backed by years of credible evidence, but at the same time, is learning too as the world of nutritional science is changing so rapidly. 


If you want to start your journey with me, we’ll start by exploring in-depth, what makes YOU tick.  Health history, behaviour patterns, habits, triggers, barriers and of course, symptoms.  Only then, can we produce a personalised Nutrition & Lifestyle Plan that we will work together on, every step of the way, and get you the results you really want.
